1. Acceptance of Terms / शर्तों की स्वीकृति

By accessing or using विद्योदय समूह भारत ("the Platform", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

विद्योदय समूह भारत का उपयोग करके आप इन सेवा शर्तों से सहमत होते हैं। यदि आप इन शर्तों से सहमत नहीं हैं, तो कृपया इस प्लेटफ़ॉर्म का उपयोग न करें।

2. Description of Service / सेवा का विवरण

विद्योदय समूह भारत is an online registration and membership management platform that provides:

• User registration and account management
• Identity verification via email and mobile OTP
• Roll number assignment upon account verification
• Secure payment processing for membership fees
• Account profile management
• Administrative tools for managing members

विद्योदय समूह भारत एक ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण और सदस्यता प्रबंधन प्लेटफ़ॉर्म है जो उपयोगकर्ता पंजीकरण, सत्यापन, रोल नंबर असाइनमेंट और भुगतान प्रसंस्करण प्रदान करता है।

3. Eligibility / पात्रता

To use this Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration
• Have a valid mobile phone number and email address
• Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy

इस प्लेटफ़ॉर्म का उपयोग करने के लिए आपकी आयु कम से कम 18 वर्ष होनी चाहिए और आपको सटीक जानकारी प्रदान करनी होगी।

4. User Accounts / उपयोगकर्ता खाते

4.1 Account Registration

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Not create multiple accounts for the same person

4.2 Account Verification

Your account must be verified via email and/or mobile OTP before full access is granted. A roll number will be assigned only after successful verification and admin approval.

4.3 Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent activity. Accounts are automatically locked after multiple failed login attempts as a security measure.

खाता बनाते समय आप सटीक जानकारी प्रदान करने और खाते की सुरक्षा बनाए रखने के लिए सहमत होते हैं। नियमों का उल्लंघन करने पर खाता निलंबित किया जा सकता है।

5. Payments and Fees / भुगतान और शुल्क

• All fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway
• We do not store your card numbers, bank account details, or UPI credentials
• Payment receipts are available in your account after successful payment
• In case of payment failure, no amount will be deducted; if deducted, it will be refunded within 5-7 business days
• Membership fees, once paid, are generally non-refundable unless required by law or at our sole discretion

सभी भुगतान Razorpay के माध्यम से सुरक्षित रूप से संसाधित किए जाते हैं। हम आपके कार्ड या बैंक विवरण संग्रहीत नहीं करते। भुगतान विफलता की स्थिति में राशि 5-7 कार्य दिवसों में वापस की जाएगी।

6. Prohibited Conduct / निषिद्ध आचरण

You agree NOT to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Platform
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Platform
• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform
• Share your account credentials with others

आप झूठी जानकारी प्रदान करने, दूसरों का प्रतिरूपण करने, अनधिकृत पहुंच प्राप्त करने या किसी अवैध उद्देश्य के लिए प्लेटफ़ॉर्म का उपयोग करने से सहमत नहीं हैं।

7. SMS Consent / SMS सहमति

By registering and providing your mobile number, you expressly consent to receive transactional messages from us via SMS, including:

• One-time passwords (OTP) for account verification and login
• Registration and account activation confirmations
• Roll number assignment notifications
• Important account security alerts

पंजीकरण करके आप OTP, पुष्टि और सुरक्षा अलर्ट के लिए SMS संदेश प्राप्त करने की स्पष्ट सहमति देते हैं।

8. Intellectual Property / बौद्धिक संपदा

All content on this Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of विद्योदय समूह भारत and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

इस प्लेटफ़ॉर्म की सभी कंटेंट विद्योदय समूह भारत की संपत्ति है और बौद्धिक संपदा कानूनों द्वारा संरक्षित है।

9. Disclaimer of Warranties / वारंटी का अस्वीकरण

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform at any time without notice.

प्लेटफ़ॉर्म "जैसा है" आधार पर प्रदान किया जाता है। हम निर्बाध या त्रुटि-मुक्त सेवा की गारंटी नहीं देते।

10. Limitation of Liability / दायित्व की सीमा

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, विद्योदय समूह भारत shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

लागू कानून द्वारा अनुमत अधिकतम सीमा तक, हम किसी भी अप्रत्यक्ष या परिणामी नुकसान के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं होंगे।

11. Governing Law / शासी कानून

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. These Terms are subject to the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its amendments, and other applicable Indian laws.

ये शर्तें भारत के कानूनों द्वारा शासित हैं। किसी भी विवाद के लिए भारतीय न्यायालयों का अनन्य अधिकार क्षेत्र होगा।

12. Changes to Terms / शर्तों में परिवर्तन

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

हम इन शर्तों को किसी भी समय संशोधित करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं। परिवर्तनों के बाद प्लेटफ़ॉर्म का उपयोग जारी रखना नई शर्तों की स्वीकृति माना जाएगा।
